One of Moroz's children. The very pampered younger sister of Doom. While Despair may appear to be a small hatchling, she is actually an incredibly powerful dragon, and is capable of easily defeating most dragons in magical combat. Her technique is unrefined however, relying on raw magical energy to carry her through fights. If Moroz didn't spoil her so much, perhaps she would've grown to become a powerful archmage instead of the entitled, whiny hatchling she currently is.
