Jovial is exactly what her name is. A ball of sunshine and loves everyone and thing but especially her husband Drew who dotes on her constantly.

Jovial runs a aquarium fish breeding and growing operation. The brackish water of the Hall makes it uniquely suited for breeding fish as with a simple bit of Water magic the water can easily be made fresh or salty for whatever type of fish they want to breed.

Jovial is well known among the Ruins and even as far north as the Gladeveins as the dragon to talk to for certain types of fish and she has several other who help her breed special types of fish. Jovial’s personal favorites to breed and try to get beautiful new strains guppies and minnows. She doesn’t care how simple or common they seem she is enchanted by the variance she can get out of them, and in the case of guppies, their beautiful tails of a rainbow of different colors.

When not working at her aquarium breeding business Jovial can be found at the Golden Rule chatting up Veronica and her workers. She and Veronica are good friends as Veronica is the one who gets her sales on her stock. But their relationship is more than just trader and stock provider and the two genuinely do enjoy each other’s company, Veronica often even coming over for dinner with her and Drew. It’s always fish.
