High on a hill overlooking the Moonportal, cloaked under the brilliance of the night sky, passerbys may happen upon an astral observatory. Nestled in this structure lies a pair of mystifying Imperial Dragons; their scales reflect the universe above. The two appear to be made from the same patch of sky - deep blue skin intersected with veins of brilliant gold. Among the pair, hatchlings sprawl in front of books and stare through magnifying glasses. Their inquisitiveness is unbounded.

Offspring of Nebula and Cassiopea - Lapis Lazulis - are the wisest hatchlings at Crystals & Tea Hatchery. As younglings, they are the quickest to establish their skills and perspective of the world. Eyes wide with curiosity, this knowledge only continues to grow with age. As they become older, they hone their mental skills into studying the cosmos.
