Biography

A ghastly presence. What do they want money for, anyway? Oh, they just want to take something of value.

A talented siren, Kestrel wanders the Icefields singing hauntingly to lost travellers and leading them deep into Reclaimer's Glacier, where they'll eventually collapse from exposure. Their voice can sound like any dragon's, regardless of gender or age, though they can't mimic the deities--or at least, they don't want to invite their attention by trying.

Kestrel is always surrounded by nebulous curls of mist, magic, and snow, so that their true form is always obscured. They dress in the rags of the dragons they lure to their doom, layers of pale clothing in various stages of decay. Up close, their pale eyes and the constant creeping frost across their scales that mimics a skeleton make them an eerie sight.

For a steep price, the Arctic Heart hired Kestrel to lure the Icewarden's dragons away from their clan, clearing a swathe of the Icefields for them to travel within.
