Leriam

Notes:

- A bard hailing from the heart of the Scarred Wasteland. His voice can equal parts harm or heal at will, and as he strums those strings on his harp of bone, his songs guide the intent of his capricious magic. One slip of the tongue is enough for it all to go south, but years of training have made it so the chances of this happening are low.
- Leriam is charismatic and confident, well aware of the terrifying power of his voice in tandem with his magic. He carries himself with his head held high and a smile on his face, politely nodding and tipping his hat to those that greet or recognize him.
- Though he's not the evil sort, there have been many that feared him for his abilities. One such group had attempted to assassinate him on the behalf of a warlord that knew Leriam was against them, and knew the threat that he posed. The assassins failed to slay him, but succeeded in shredding his wings apart before Leriam's song tore the life from their bodies. Leriam has patched his wings together with mismatched cloth and leather, flightless, but now a banner proclaiming his survival to all that see him.
