Panel is seen as the strong leading wildclaw of the Reign. Given the steampunk gear by Zaiba and Denim, he holds the strength to protect the Clan from other threats surrounding the territory. Surrounding him are shadows, aiding him in his battles. Despite coming from the Light, he covers his eyes with his goggles and show power through his shadows.

Though strong, Panel isn't unkind to those assumed lower than him. He loves his Clan very much and especially cares about the hatchlings making a move from this Clan to another. He walks with them to their new homes and purpose, making sure they are safe before returning to the Clan.

He is one of the Wildclaws who are able to handle the responsibility of being a strong and highly admired dragon. Being born with starry patterns and a ghost mark, he didn't exactly have to fight for his position. Instead, he was born into it, his strength only confirming his place in the Clan.
