Heron wasn't always blind in one eye it happened when she was a teenager.
I was walking through the forest today when I heard something coming up behind me when I turned around there was nothing there. I kept walking feeling as if I was being watched, but I knew there was something there watching, waiting to strike. a few minutes later I heard the noise again then a hiss soft and low I carried on with more caution after that. when I was heading home a few hours later I hadn't heard the noise for quite a while now I thought I was safe I was sourly mistaken. Only moments after I walked out of the woods with my bundle over my back I was attacked I didn't know what it was at first, only that it had sharp claws and large teeth when I finally got into a position where I could see it I realized that it was a Chimera I was frozen with shock for a few moments, not fighting just thinking about how unlucky I was. I felt myself bleeding there was a gash over my left eye then I saw the world slowly slip away into nothing.
