Ulthuma
One of the Tidelord's entourage, the water sprite Ulthuma tends to spend most of her time resting on Raylah's back sleeping. Nobody quite knows how she stays there when her master is flying or performing rapid maneuvers through the air. That in and of itself is a riddle.

Smart with a cleverness that borders on (and occasionally becomes) arrogance, Raylah is often quick to observe, analyze, and come up with what she considers to be the correct solution to any problem, even if that solution doesn’t happen to work for everyone else.

Raylah is a longtime friend of Pentarax, and indeed he is one of the few beings she knows who has anything resembling a tolerance for her pranks and mischievousness. That said, he does occasionally express the wish that Raylah would turn her skill at trickery on her enemies more frequently than she does her allies; in battle, Raylah prefers to utilize her water magic far more directly, often slamming enemies with waves whose size and force seem at odds with her lithe and form.

While certainly committed to the causes of her allies, she is still not above pranks and jokes at their expense. Skaril, whose intellect nearly rivals hers, is a favorite partner in crime.

It is smaller than the others; indeed much of it seems to be beneath the ground. It is a short bony spire decorated with countless runes, all of which glow with a vibrant blue light. Upon descending to its deeper levels, one discovers an expansive network of tunnels and catacombs in which the unwary intruder can easily lose themselves. Its deepest levels in fact, are rumored to be a path that empties directly into the Sea of a Thousand Currents, not far from the Spiral Keep...
