Lum, the great Forest Spirit.

Few people in the world will ever meet the Forest Spirit and the ones that have can only weep at the memory. Lum is as beautiful and strange as it is pure, it's body as dark as the deepest shadows and forever trailed by a river of strange green fireflies. It is drawn to people of pure souls with a love for nature.

Though it's heart cries when it's trees burn and it's children perish, this spirit is one of peace. Never are their powers used for conflict, only to breathe life into their surroundings. It is said that if you should spot a green firefly, Lum has summoned you to take up arms and protect their forest.

Many dragons will spend their lives hunting for this Spirit as it's head is rumoured to grant eternal life but most end up driven mad, chasing fireflies endlessly through the trees.
