Technically a lawyer that specializes in contract law, its Rowan's job to set up contracts between the young dragons born in town and their new prospective clans.

His work is integral to the survival of Cordalis, but the back-end nature of it leaves most wondering if he does anything more than sit at a desk and scribble on paper all day. Rowan may be a bit stuck-up, knowing the importance of his job and hyper aware of his neighbor's opinions. He sticks wholeheartedly with a code of ethics that seems to shift in certain regards, depending on who's asking. There's a reason he keeps stacks of fliers for upscale restaurants in his desk drawers.
