When Ezar hatched his parents, Maud and Vein, decided that he was too cute to grow up. Together they made a formula (that they have since not been able to replicate). They didn't expect it to actually work, so realizing that, despite how he may look, he matured like any other dragon wasn't much of a surprise.

Being raised by both a botanist and a poison maker Ezar knows his way around plants. He decided that though he may love nature he found his mother's profession much more exhilarating. He made a few changes from just a poison maker and now works as an assassin. He might look cute but that doesn't make him any less deadly.
