A gentleman with unpeccable manners and an appealing look who has few tricks upon his sleeves. This lovable charmer always finds a way to obtain what he seeks, by his way of turning words into his avantage and his quick mind.
That makes him the perfect dragon to make deals with other clans, or the one to send first to avoid conflict with competitors. He is also the one send when an aliance should be made with another group of dragons.
His blade is as quick as his tongue when his speech is not enough to prevent a battle. He prefers to always carry with him a flexible sword, which he use as a fancy cane to complete his compelling appearance.

Margrave seems to be the only dragon in the clan to resist his charms, as she is well aware of his tricks. They met by chance at a crowded market, where he was the seller of some rare priced textile. Things led to another and before they knew it, they were locked into a passionated gambling game, where he bet his loyalty and service to her clan for 10 years against 10 years of supplies of the most rarest treasures of the See of a Thousand Current. Margrave won this game and Frollo, not without a certain recoil, but being the honorable gentleman that he is, pledge his loyalty to the grant blue dragon for the 10 next years to come.

The clan was still new and growing at that time, but Frollo surprisingly found himself enjoying his time under the leadership of the matriarch and even feel pround to see the clan grow stronger. In fact, it is the first time the smooth dragon ever had been part of something close of a family, as since he could ever remember, he always has been all by himself, trying to sell some of his marchandise and, with his good look and distinguished manners, slither a way into fame and respect amongst other dragons and even deities.

Even if his charms are a great addition to the clan and he seems at complete ease wherever he goes, he is still learning what is it to be part of a clan, with the help of the Matriarch and his clanmates.
