AAAZemlya (Zel-m-liah), or Zym, a friendly, affectioning Pearlcatcher in charge of guiding newcomers into the Alzhoen Clan. Welcoming and polite, she embraces newcomers with open arms and kind words, blesses from the Gods and the Deity, you name it. Her open-mindedness and easy-going attitude allows her to be patient with the most crankiest of customers, very easy to talk with a reserved judgement, in fact, she's very neutral as a whole and devoids from presuming anything - if something is definitely wrong then that's when judgement calls. Althought very appreciative and deemed as a gift by most, her affable attitude can be easily abused by some, if someone were be rude or exploitive with her, she wouldn't be aware of it until someone points it out - it happens often throughout her job, her affability makes it harder for her to put the foot down and say "enough". Fortunately, Golzam often visits her at work and he's capable of putting that foot down if things begin to take a turn to the worse.

AAAUsually, familiars have a special reason for being important to the owner, whether it be a life companion or something else. With that said, Pilcos are greatly beloved by Zym, they are funky little armed dudes who roll up like armadillos and lick their eyes like geckos, weird and strange but Zym doesn't care. She just loves the funky dudes and collects as many as she can for her "Bundle-o-Pilco" section of her house - a huge room full of care, love, and comfort for these guys. The most known individuals in her Bundle-o-Pilco room are her babies, Bidho (Bee-douh) and Bidyl (Be-dial), her very first Five-Toed Pilco and Venomtooth Pilco respectively.

AAAThe Primal sight is the most praised kind of eyes of all Sornieth, it's deemed as a gift bestowed by the Deities, an honor for carrying the representing element in their own eyes. To Zemlya, it's a nuisance, an annoyance, it's all the same song.
AAAAt first, it was charming, now it's a point of interesting directly on her eyes; the eyes become a physical nuisance when it comes to dealing with them on a daily basis. Zym has to dust off the crumbly specks the small gems and stones leave, then check on each piece and carefully grind down with a small stone file if they're too big (think nail file on nails). If she doesn't polish the stones correctly, they can affect her line of sight with granular, crumbly borders around her sight that get sharper and shiny if not under extreme care. Same with the dust, if she doesn't dust of the specks the stones leave, it can not-so-pleasantly fly into her eyes and good luck scratching or watering your eyes with all those stones around it.

AAAContrary to what it's thought, the brown tint doesn't affect her sight, in fact, it's just the tapetum lucidum eye layer - when the light reflects in her eyes, it gives off a brown tint - in reality, her eyes are closer to an Earth Pastel underneath that layer. With that said, Zym has grownth to be more vitriolic with her eyes - on one hand, she's gone lenghts to curse Earthshaker for his 'blessing', on the other, once you get used to it, it's not that bad, it's just... welp, a nuisance.

AAAAnd besides, how could have she met Golzam hadn't been for those pesty, little eyes?

AAAAs the local Tour Guider bestowed by Aziraphale and Ishiel, she prioritizes in both introducing the Alzhoen Clan in a captivating and enthusiastic manner, and take the newcomer group (or as she likes to call them, pebblies) through the main landmarks of the Clan. To ensure the safety of the pebblies, she hands out a rope that's in her bag of utilities followed by a special Compass forged by Light dragons but modified by Cophae, the local Blacksmith. The compass's inoffensive, oozing gold wraps around the rope and she hands the tip to the last member, the other pebblies hold on the rope's body. Children oughta stay in the middle, same with the elderly, and if case someone loses the rope, the pearl in her bag and her shining horn should be enough to pinpoint where she is.

AAAWith the group all wrapped up, she can check in her trusty notebook for the map and use the compass to directly take them to the destination - after years of doing this job, you no longer need a book or a compass, but for consistency sake, she still uses them. And to guarantee each tour doesn't take too long, she checks on her pocketwatch from time to time.
