Winter

Winter came to her first clan early on in its development, so as it grew she became an important figure in clan history. But on the downside, as more dragons arrived, her responsibility grew. Other dragons paired off and lessened their burdens for their work while Winter kept to herself. Eventually, this encouraged an arranged meeting with some random gaoler set to be Winter’s mate.

As much as Winter loved helping the clan grow, she couldn’t stand this, and slipped away before it would become too difficult. She’s a proud and determined dragon, and as thankful as she was for her old clan, she needed to determine her own destiny.

Winter may seem cold, but once you get to know her you’ll see how warm and agreeable she is. She’s become an expert at doing as much as she can to help while doing as little work as possible. She suffers from energy deficiency and can get tired really quickly (which she doesn’t entirely mind). She’s basically got a mattress underneath her in fur and her dreams are always pleasant.

“Do you like it? It’s a lot of work to up keep, I tend to shed... a lot. As for ‘how’ well I’m not quite sure how to answer that, most gaolers are born with seas of fur I guess me more than some others for no special reason. It certainly helps though! I live on the most southern point of our clans territory so it can get pretty chilly since that also puts us closer to the Southern Icefield. So the fur keeps me warm.”

ahh i love pastel dragons, in fact i have a similarly colored gaoler myself. pearl xxx is a popular color scheme and i think it deserves the popularity! it's just that good, y'know? winter's lore is also intriguing and it gives the reader insight to who she is and how she came to be in her position. give the fluffy leader some pats for me :>
