It was a flurry of claws, talons, and tails. A mad dash to escape followed by a fall overboard. In a matter of seconds, she went from princess, next in line for the throne, to a nameless, faceless dragon drifting in the sea, unconscious.

Pumpkin Spice doesn’t remember much except the fall. She can’t quite recall who she was or why she was important. That being said, she’s more than content to do her duty to the clan. Pumpkin Spice is a mail courier and it brings her such joy. She enjoys the feeling of the wind beneath her wings and her satchel of letters gently bumping against her thigh. It’s perfectly repetitive and almost meditative. As she flies between homes, delivering the letters of Solana, she knows that nothing could be better.

Despite not knowing her past, Pumpkin Spice has no trouble relating with other dragons. She finds peace sitting by the seaside, as do many other water dragons. She loves to sit with a cup of tea and a fine calligraphy pen to write letters to her friends and loved ones. Just like any other dragon. Pumpkin Spice loves tending to her birds; her small fleet of gulls that she sends away to deliver the letters and mails of far off places. While she does enjoy flying, traveling long distances by flight was never her favorite mode of transportation.

Pumpkin Spice is always the picture of serenity. Many artists have asked to draw the regal imperial as she lounges to capture the perfect peace she displays. She always turns them down though. Never one for vanity or posing, Pumpkin Spice prefers to live in the moment.
