Idarok
★★★ QUICK LOOK
Team Assassin
“My darling, you have nothing to worry about now that I, the most magnificent and handsome Idarok, am here to solve all your troubles. For a pretty price, of course.”
The female Coatl before him was a marvel to bless his eyes upon. The shimmering warm tones of her feathers, the glittering gold of her underbelly, the lovely red of her streaked-patterned skin. Oh, and those eyes. So strikingly cold compared to the warmth of her coloring. He would've thought her to come straight from Ashfall Waste had it not been obvious that this particular Coatl had been born within the lands of the Southern Icefield. What she was doing here in Lanternlea Port now, though, was something he wasn't interested in. What Idarok wanted the most right now was to see how much this pretty female will pay for their services, and if she would have the honor of being in the company of the most fabulous Pearlcatcher this potential client of theirs had to have ever seen. The Coatl–Vasu, that was her name, yes–simply blinked in response to his words. She only seemed to have understood what Idarok was meaning when her feathers perked up at the mention of a 'price.' "Yes. I have treasure. I can pay price. All price for list." "And what does this list of yours look like?" A smooth voice spoke up, prompting Idarok to spare an annoyed glance at his partner. Hey, he was the one to had found this likely client first! He was the one who prompted the start of a deal getting made. What right did Zuriel have to butt her nose into his business? Even if that business involved the Skydancer as well. Not even sparing a glance at him caused the Pearlcatcher to grow even more annoyed. He knew Zuriel could sense his displeasure. Of course, she was ignoring him like she always did when handling clients and the jobs they could give them. This was their line of duty, and it had somehow gotten into the Skydancer's head that Idarok, one of the greatest assassins of all time, couldn't handle making simple deals with their patrons. When Vasu pulled out a long scroll, scribbled with many, many items that she required, Idarok had known that he hit the jackpot when this very female had caught his eye. Oh, so she was brilliant to look upon and a very worthy client to fill their satchels to the brim with treasure. "Oh, Gladekeeper, what did I tell you, Zuri? I knew we would find a big hit during our trip here to the Sunbeam Ruins! I just never expected it to come from such a lovely face." Before Zuriel could respond, Idarok flashed a charming grin towards the expectant Coatl as he grabbed the entire scroll without a second thought. Grabbing everything on this list should be easy, and with the amount of items on here? They would be living grandly for a while yet. "My dearest Vasu, you are in luck to have us come across you in your time of need. We shall be honored to take on your request. Keep your hefty bag of treasure ready for our return. Between Zuriel, Jijyasu, and I, we'll have everything you need in no time." |
