Crowfrost was taken from his parents before he had opened his eyes. There is nothing but a faint smell that he can still remember, yet he does not know who or what that smell belongs to. He was found by Root who took him in and brought to the Wind Walkers. The ruler of the group did not speak kindly to him, but in the end, allowed Root to raise the hatchling. In exchange, however, both Root and Crowfrost would be considered of the lowest of ranks within the group. Why he has been considered bad blood, he still does not know. No one could actually give him a proper answer. Not even Root has been able to tell him, thus keeping it a secret. Even after Crowfrost grew up in the group, he was often met with disdain and rude remarks. He wishes he could just leave this place and live in peace, but he is scared of leaving on his own. Little does he know that there is more to this secret than he could have ever imagined.
Sensitive and easy frightened, Crowfrost has always been a quiet child. Even as an adult, this did not change much, but due to the behavior of the other dragons, he became even more withdrawn. He often suffers from anxiety attacks. As a hatchling, he realized that something about his body is just not right, and he came out as trans upon adulthood. Fortunately, none of the other dragons made fun of him for that—something they did for pretty much anything else he did—and they even used the right pronouns for him. That makes it easy for him and he can express himself more freely. He is very creative and enjoys drawing and knitting. It helps him to calm down when his mind is racing again. Rain and snow are his favorite kinds of weather, but he doesn't like thunderstorms at all. Lightning and thunder is horrible.
