Rose is a kind, protective, and soft-spoken dragon. Royal Advisors help the queen with decisions, playing an important role in plans and decision-making and seeing all sides of any conflict. Not exactly the second-ups in the kingdom, but these dragons are often considered for the next in line.

Rose is an empathetic dragon. While Aster generally tends to be more realistic, logical, and often cold in her advice, Rose plays into pathos. He is the one who brings in the views and feelings of the dragons of the kingdom, the land around them, the flora and fauna, etc. He is extremely firm in his belief in equality and fair treatment for everyone and just wants everyone to end up happy and healthy. He has saved a lot of dragon's mental health in many ways, so he is well respected if less feared than his counterpart.

Rose and aster have an interesting relationship. They will bicker and argue often over issues, leaving Alina to sort out their thoughts and make her own, but in the end, they can get along and really do love each other. Though to do not officially consider themselves mates, to an outsider's perspective, they pretty much are. Perhaps in a platonic way, though.
