Ryuji is the head of the Glassbound Syndicate, once rivals to Taro's group but now reluctant allies during deconstruction.

Hard and hot headed, Ryuji is not a dragon to be trifled with, having been a severe problem for the Webwings once he took the helm. Unafraid of consequences and foreign to thinking things through, he's also a persistent threat to Hewn City police who have to deal with his goons harassing local civilians. However, during recent syndicate crackdowns by authorities, he's had to lie low and work with his closest rival to survive the weakening of his gang's hierarchy. Nowadays he still runs the ranks of the Glassbounds but avoids striking into territory that isn't his lest he start a war no side wants.

He's got a soft spot for canine familiars and cooking small treats, something he does in his free time which is whenever because big boss brain. Unfortunately his attitude towards anyone else is rather brash, unless of course they can square up to him. He's got few friends though some are beastclan which is rather impressive for a Hewn City imperial.
