Biography

Among a plague infested pandemic, she rose from the earth to reign terror on the land of dragons. To her dismay, she lived among others of her kind wanting to wreck the world with their ways. A kind and gentle Satyr smiled as Ankou snarled and bared her gnarled teeth.

As the mad Satyr took a step near, Ankou and her siblings scattered among the scrub and waited ever so impatiently for the satyr to leave. To their dismay, the next day the satyr returned smiling and drinking tea as she sat among the grass.

"Hello dears!" The Satyr smiled and waved at the eyes that peaked through the shrubberies around her. "Don't fear. I'm not here to hurt you; nor, am I leaving," she smiled wide and eyes gleamed in the sun.

The hornets watched warily as the blue haired goat woman continued to sun and drink her tea. As the day wore on, a golden veil zipped through the air and landed on the woman's head sniggering loudly.

"Gabriel! Where's your brother?" the satyr reached up and patted the small dragon with her unburdened hand. On cue, a white and black veil flew through the air quietly grumbling about a reckless brother of his. "There you are Uriel!"

Uriel landed next to the satyr and curled up in her lap, "Mama Magda, when are you coming back home?"

"Oh dear, when these lovelies trust me," Magda motioned to the eyes that glared at her through the grasses.

Ankou hissed and turned around quickly, exposing her back and showing she did not fear the two dragons and the satyr. Her siblings quickly turned and followed to talk with their parents about the confusing visitors.

Ankou skidded to a stop in front of her dad, "Dad! There is a stranger and she isn't going away!"

"Then shall we deal with it together? Setrala! Let's go see what the hubbub is about," MurderHornet grumbled to his mate.

"Let's," Setrala grinned wickedly.

Ankou happily lead her parents through the woods that surrounded their nests to the Satyr still sitting happily in the field with her two veils playing tag around her. Ankou, holding her pearl close to her body, pointed angrily at the satyr that waved at the family and sipped her tea.

"Her," Ankou growled and watched as her parents slowly and menacingly stepped out into the field. Both her father's and mother's growls could be heard echoing over the land as they moved forward. The Satyr stood up slowly and smiled, waiting patiently for Ankou's parents to join her. The two veils whizzed through the air around the woman protectively.

Ankou watched nervously as her parents stood tall over the woman but the woman just smiled warmly and talked quietly. Her mother relaxed first followed by her father as the conversation continued. Her fears began to relax as her parents smiled and nodded before they turned around and motioned for the lot to come out to join them.

As her siblings looked to her for confidence, Ankou held her chin high and led her siblings to join their parents. As Ankou made it close enough, her mother smiled warmly, "And this is Ankou."

As respect for her parents, she slowly bobbed her head but kept her eyes on the golden veil that grinned and laughed maniacally from the satyr's shoulder. The dark veil was still flying high above the two but kept his keen eyes on the family for any movement that he deemed untoward.

"It's nice to meet you. If you would like to follow with your lovely family, I have the perfect home where you all will be protected," the satyr smiled and brought the cup of tea to her mouth.

"What?! We are going with her?" Ankou gasped and glared at the woman that stood happily in front of them.

"Yes we are. Now go gather your things," Ankou's mother growled before she turned to the satyr. "We will all be ready soon. Do wait for us here."

The satyr nodded and warmly responded, "No worries."

And with that, Ankou was left to pack her life up and start anew under the protection of this unknown satyr and her friends.
