Biography

Rourke shepherds any new arrivals, strangers, and stragglers into Delirium's Whelk. It is not he who decides where they go once they leave his careful, guiding claws, but that does not mean he doesn't get his fair share of those begging to be spared.

He passes his "sheep" off to the Governing Body of Delirium's Whelk, whereupon judgement will befall them and they will be sorted into their rightful place. Oftentimes, his charges are sent right back to his mate, Yemoja, who either sends them to serve the Plaguebringer, or in the case of visitors, back home. The two of them often accompany each other whilst delivering their charges wherever they must go.
