Uh-oh, looks like this bubbly searcher wandered a little too far from her home lair (Silverbolt1159, 434590), and now she's off to see the world! B I O G R A P H Y
It was a quiet, misty morning in Greatwyrm's Breach when Fern set off on her Journey. She was nervous and meloncholy, of course - she'd spent her whole life until that point in her clan's cave. There would be no more tending the garden with Lemon and Ti'drae, no more foraging trips into the Shattered Plain with Li'baes, no more getting underfoot at the Cavernous Cafe; not for a while, at least. But as much as she'd miss her home, her family, her life, she was a Guardian, The instinctual pull to find her Charge was not something she could ignore. As the sun rose over Dragonhome, burning off the last wisps of fog, Fern left her home for the first time. ~Silverbolt1159, 10/15/2020 "You've got some hide coming in to visit on a day like this!" The Coatl was grinning as she approached, though. Weird. "Don't you know what day it is?" Fern did not know what day it was, so she bowed her head slightly and pretended to be looking at the... very interesting... rest of the bare cave wall. Wow. Rocks. Fascinating. Fern had heard of pet rocks, once. Perhaps she could take one as her charge and call the quest off already? Sweeper, on the other hand, seemed to know very well what day it was. "Oh! You don't know! Well, let me show you! It's an ancient tradition..." Fern was not sure that having a bad day was traditional, but she put up with it nonetheless. ~Spooner, 11/19/2020 (National Have A Bad Day Day) She looked at the offered bag cradled in his claws and took it gently. "For your travels," he said with a smile. "Mine has saved me no end of trouble when I would otherwise have nothing." An fond expression arose on her face as she gave him an answering smile. "Thank you," she said. "And now, as will mine. May you and our children fare well in your own travels."
