Anzo

It is said that nothing happens in Lantern Corridor without Anzo knowing about it. This isn't strictly true; he doesn't need or want to know about everything. But with spies everywhere, you can rest assured he will find out anything you don't want him to know.

Legends abound as to how he made his fortune, but the most mundane version, that he simply sold fine cloth to all flights, might be true. He certainly does that now, though he is never seen outside of Hewn City anymore, managing the boutiques via various servants. But he never wears clothing himself, or uses gene scrolls. For that matter, he doesn't even consume anything that one might consider "mind-altering", not even caffeine. He has a very strict diet. All this is probably linked to his great vanity, especially regarding his "perfect" skin.

Never one to pass up a physical fight, Anzo supposedly fought and defeated a gaoler once. Where this happened is a matter of some debate.
