Arklin, Retired Seamstress
"My claws can still make clothes, but I prefer to make them for family and close friends now"

Arklin has made clothes for years and years. She didn't come from much money, and built up her business form scratch. She made clothes for herself because she couldn't afford to buy new clothes. Even if sewing became a nessacity to survive, she loved it a lot. Once she made a better income, she started creating bigger projects. Her craftsmanship caught eyes of some of the noble dragons, and she finally enough money to open a storefront with an upstairs apartment to sell her dresses. She met her husband Arlin after he traveled to Avere to fight his visions, and needed a place to stay. She allowed him to rent out the extra bedroom for awhile, and though it all fell in love. They're friendship turned relationship has been very beneficial, and they both wouldn't change how it happened for the world. Arklin cultivates a small garden of flowers to harvest pigments for experimental dyes for fabrics. Her little garden sparked something in her baby girl Ophelia, and lead to her loving and tending to flowers. It made her garden grow bigger and bigger. Ophelia constantly was decorating the shop and house with flowers and bouquets. Sometimes people would stop to buy arrangements instead of clothes. Ophie and her wife Poppy had a decided to have a baby boy named Julius. The boy was silly, and was always getting to trouble by flying and getting stuck in trees as a hatchling. Arklin had retired by the time, and took the time while his mothers were working to teach him some flying skills. Of course, his passion for flying inspired him to become a flight instructor Julius later had a baby girl, and gave Arklin the highest honor of naming her after her. Arkita is the sweetest girl, and if she doted on Julius, she spoils her almost rotten. Arkita loves her great grandmother so much, that she even begged her to have the same outfit as her. Arklin didn't think she would wear it for so long, but it makes her so happy that she does |
