Anomaly 53439: Patient Zero
-Unknown, It/They
-Anomaly was discovered after a research expedition in the Crystalspine Reaches. Researchers had set out to investigate a mysterious illness that was sweeping through clans in the area from which resulted ██ ███ █████ ███████ ████ ███ ███████ █████. The clans affected reported that the infected individuals had last ventured out by some bogs that bordered their territory with the Scarred Wasteland, and had started showing symptoms of the virus assigned 53439-B several hours afterwards. With standard biohazard handling safety procedures in place, researchers proceeded to investigate the alleged bogs in search of the cause. While initial research showed nothing of note, it was when a local was brought as a guide that anomaly 53439-A first showed itself- rising from the murky depths of one of the bogs to attack the unprotected dragon. Researchers were able to capture and restrain the entity before harm could be caused, and speculated from its advanced condition akin to that of other victims (yet showing no sign of expiration despite grievous injury) that it may be the source of the 53439-B. It was since brought in for further testing, and no new cases have been reported. Anomaly was nicknamed "Paris" by an assistant, who likened it to a missing scientist who once experimented on the undead in the area. (Investigations into any possible connections are on-going.)
-Despite initial suspicions Paris lacked any higher though attributed to normal dragons, further observation seems to imply otherwise. It has shown the ability to differentiate between the hazmat suited researchers and normal dragons- the latter of which it will always aggress- and has shown itself to be able to hunt stealthily along with the "chase down" method most commonly observed. It is a cunning and dangerous predator, who seems hellbent on passing whatever pathogen it carries no matter what it takes.
-Not Permitted
Containment Procedure
-Threat Level: Danger
Anomaly is considered an active threat and is not allowed any interaction outside of staff who are specialized in dealing with subject. Visitors are not permitted to interact under any circumstances. Anomaly is strictly prohibited from being out of containment for any reasons not medical or research related.
-Anomaly is to be contained only in a special secured biohazard zone, provided with enough room to exercise and to sleep. No additional items are to be provided unless cleared by █████. Three (3) Clearance Level 3 guards MUST be on scene at all times. All exits must be secured.
-Anomaly must be restrained and unconscious if exiting room, and escorted by three (3) Clearance Level 3 guards as well as one (1) researcher at all times until returned to containment. DO NOT LET OUT OF SIGHT.
-If anomaly escapes, contact █████. DO NOT EXIT BUILDING UNTIL ANOMALY IS BACK IN CONTAINMENT. DO NOT GO OFF ALONE. DO NOT ENGAGE. FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN. IF SHOWING SYMPTOMS OF 53439-B, PLEASE REPORT TO █████ IMMEDIATELY:
Nausea
Sudden Fever
Pus-filled boils
Rapidly spreading rashes
Severe itching sensations
Heightened aggression
Peeling or flaking skin
Fin rot
