Now, Now that the island has turned to chaos, I can't bring myself to harm anybody else, I've hidden myself in cloak and cloth, I am... Ashamed of what I've done. I do not want to fix things with anybody though.

As if they'd forgive me.

Qiu is the gossiper statue of the island, with the mouth of an adolescent dragon he'll gossip about anything and EVERYTHING, his current target is Vignetta, the island's elder. He's been gossiping that she curses hatchlings who misbehave, it started out as all a silly little joke but quickly spiraled out of control, with both hatchlings and adults making an attempt to attack Vignetta, this caused her to evacuate to a separate island near Azure Ciel. What the adults don't know, is that Qiu cursed some hatchlings himself, leaving distraught adults with their hatchlings turned to stone, and their souls stripped away from them. Windsor tried to stop him, but could not.
