Her parents joined the Explorers before she was born, but she was unlucky enough to hatch when they were roaming in the Icewarden's territory, which resulted in her wings being permanently damaged and covered by the remnants of the ice that temporarily encased her. Something else happened during that time, however, as she emerged from the cold prison full of revelations and ideas she had the mighty need to write down. A voice reached her while she was in that slumber, and told her one thousand secrets she can only reveal through her scripts.

Sadly, no one else among the Explorers shares her passion, and only she can understand herself. Being paired up with Olov was nothing but a coincidence; however, she still loves her children greatly and has tried her best to grant them a chance to live and enjoy the world, even when their journey as exiles has brought nothing but a constant struggle for survival.

What is it that the "voices" told her? Why is it that she follows the Explorers instead of looking for a place where she can be understood? How is it possible for someone withstanding such a harsh life to keep writing masterpieces endlessly? What are your secrets, Banescale born under a frozen moon?
