mura - he/him

Mura was the first dragon to join Asmin and the Asteri. He is a stargazer, and has pages upon pages of notes detailing the turnings of the sky. He has no magic of his own, but his affinity to Arcane is strong. His sister, Amethyst, joined the Asteri soon after he did.

Not many dragons have ever caught Mura sleeping, but those who did found him to very quickly wake. He's usually as serene as the stars he studies from afar, but the few times he's been caught unawares he's jittery and almost scared, as if her had been caught doing something he wasn't supposed to. He is friends with Amaryllis, and they look at the stars together often. Amaryllis is the one dragon who Mura seems to fully relax around.

At some point in his life (he's told no one how exactly) Mura broke his spine. He made it to a healer before the bones healed themselves in place and thus avoided being paralyzed. The healer was very skilled, but not magical, so Mura has lived the rest of his life with a brace on his spine. He doesn't mind it, but hates anyone asking questions about it.
