There are a few dragons that have refused attempts to integrate into society. Taiga lives with the wild mirror pack outside the borders of the town. This hot-blooded Coatl has been entirely accepted by them as one of their own. She fights swiftly with tooth and claw. The pelt of a rare Blood Wolf is proof of her skill. She is known for having a somewhat harsh attitude. Like Ace she is well known outside of the Lair but for her hunting skills. Her bright orange and black stripes actually give her near perfect camouflage in the jungle and forest. She enjoys hunting her own fish, sticking her head in the water to snap up fresh specimens before devouring them on the spot. She rarely shares her kills but will bring back the pelts of anything hunted by her pack into the township to sell. Her agile claws are perfect for removing an intact hide from any prey.

While her definition of home away from home or 'lair' had changed Taiga did not know. But upon hearing from the townfolk of the Last Retreat that Ace had become confined to the shadows of the Tangled Wood, the coatl hunter found her normal hunting paths deviating closer towards the other. As such she not only brings pelts to the Last Resort but also to clan Knightshade of which Ace confided in her the location of the hidden lair.
There's more than one way to skin a wolf.
