Fugitive

Fugitive is fairly laid-back. Or…he used to be. In his young adulthood, he somehow got himself into trouble. The name his parents wanted to give him wasn’t actually Fugitive, but after he ran into trouble—which he still won’t say much about to anyone—he started behaving in an increasingly wary and guilty manner, and someone commented that he acted like a fugitive. The name stuck, and he never corrected it, perhaps because he saw it as a layer of protection against whatever he is running from…

His sibling, Ryn, once pointed out that the name itself makes him seem guilty, but he still hasn’t contested it. His parents are the only ones who still call him by his original name. He even corrects his siblings if they try to call him something other than Fugitive.
