Biography

Moonchaser, ah, the breaker of many a dragon-females hearts. The brilliantly colored male is the perfect specimen of a Gilded Idol. Pride and joy of his mother, Skysong, this male has lived a charmed life to be certain. He sings beautifully, his goldwork is unmatched, and though his musicality tends to lean towards raucous sea-shanties and Tidelord's tunes, he certainly knows how to sing and play to charm the Lightweaver. The deity of his people, the bright, shining, and beautiful Lightweaver is the actual true love of his heart. Yes, he knows that there are many so-sworn disciples of the Light, but she came to him in a dream and promised him many things- all of which he has kept in strict confidence- including the price and sacrifice She would ask of him.

He is fond of females generally and although he is aware of Keto's love and Solarstorm's preference, it is the Lightweaver to whom he has sworn his heart. His devotion to the Goddess is an inspiration.



The Gilded Idols are a new type of dragon family. Basing their heredity on an ancient statue that stands near their lair. The statue has a long beautiful body made of iridescent white marble, large shimmering wings, the color of lapis lazuli and saphires, and gold leaf on every shimmering surface, as though it had been dipped in the color and some had to be shaken off.

The Gilded Idols are a gentle family who enjoy beautiful music and creating and collecting fine gems and jewelry. They are known for their skill with jewels and gold, their kindness, and their mythical golden eyes
