Shadowflare
~ Mindwipe Assassin ~Class: Essentials
Using her abilities to manipulate water and minds, she can use her mind to selectively pull memories out of dragons in the form of glowing, goo tears. Those she is mind wiping eyes will glow a swirling light blue, much like the water primal eyes. A dragon can feel their memories begin to pull out and fill their forced tears as they are pure from their tear ducts. They have one chance to protest before the process is complete and Shadowflare can bottle the substance in a vial that looks much like a vial of tincture dissolution (which she can actually make by diluting the memories and pumping up the "forgetful juice" or as she calls it). She puts them on a belt around her waist and saves them for later to put into reports and an archive of memories or turns into tinctures.
Shadowflare is a bit more considerate then most would expect from a banescale assassin and is quite friendly. She delights in her job as protective assassin and is a big believer of protecting the innocent. She takes her job seriously, but is still a little thick of course, which could use some working on. She sometimes over shares with witnesses, even if she isn't pulling their memories away from them. She cares a lot about the witnesses who were just unfortunate to be in the wrong place and the wrong time when the killing happens. Despite being thick and a little too open, she does her job well, and if she doesn't others will pick up after her, like her good friend Stormseige, who she acts as the translator for their refusal to speak draconic common. She and Neptune aren't very well acquainted, and Neptune is slightly jealous of Shadowflare's abilities to pull memories so efficiently with her water magic, so they don't see eye to eye.

They strip you of all your points and give them back to you, leaving each of your stats at five points for a base (if your numbers are green or are more than five points, the green means you have a battle stone set that boosts those green numbers and the bigger numbers are affected by that too, and those stones go in the three stone row beneath your secondary attacks, in case you didn't know). So if you made a mistake with your stats, now you can undo that mistake and try again!" Why would I want a Tincture
If you are new
Rules
- We cannot provide a tincture for a dragon who has already used a tincture from our storage. This is because tinctures are so gosh darn expensive and money doesn't grow on trees. So, once you have your tincture, use it wisely.
- You must be new to the game to get a tincture. There will be an exception for those who have dragons they had trained in the early days and want to tincture them, but please understand the newer the customer is to game, the more priority they will receive to get a tincture.
Ex:
You have been on for a year or more, but you have dragons since the beginning that you wanted to keep and continue leveling, but the stats aren't distributed properly like your other leveled dragons are. We will provide you with a tincture for those older dragons, simply because you started leveling them when you were still new. How do we know this? We will look at how old the dragon is, how old your account is, and their stats to prove you at least leveled this dragon while you were still new to Coli and you deserve a tincture fo your own. - You must fill out the form and give us an image of your dragon and its bio link. This is so we can keep track of which dragons received tinctures and which ones are waiting.
- Your dragon must be level ten or above! Simply because of how hard tinctures are to get and because we aren't going to be giving these out to dragons who are level five. Because if you are new, you're going to want to do a bit more research before deciding where to put your stats, and by level ten you most likely have an understanding of what does what, and you've most likely done a good bit of grinding by then.
