Kind and calm cook of the teahouse. Scallop stays calm in the most dire situations and carries himself with grace and efficiency. Handling hot oil and life flame from a young age, the imperal is used to think a step or three ahead, but also remains aware of his failiures. Due to his skeptical eye, perceptive approach, goofy smile and open attitude, He is uniquely suited for undercover work, which he's never ordered to do, but does perform if the situation calls for it.

Scallop will take the reins in his own hands when the qualities to get the job done suit him the most, but shies away from cruelty and infringements on one's freedom. At his core, the imperal only fights to protect. He's inordinately fond of cute creatures, often takes a "fun uncle" role when dealing with hatchlings, but unfortunately can't say no against puppy eyes, which is why he's often not the dragon caring for anything cute. Scallop rarely goes all-out in a fight, a trait which comes from his soft heart and gentle nature, but when he does, he is absolutely ruthless.

This makes him an unique kind of team player and interesting combatant. The imperal is an intelligent fighter, who only engages when provoked or when gathering ingredients for his dishes.

Due to his harsh youth, scallop believes cooking to be the art of creating sustainance and deems it sacred. Scallop strongly respects food and opts to not waste any of it, using ingenious ways to make anything hard to swallow delectable. This is the reason that Scallop refuses to use his hands for "dirty" work unrelated to cooking and daily use. He fights with all but his hands, using his tail, wings and feet to hit and kick. Due to his combat prowless, he's sometimes also dubbed "the food ninja", which is a moniker that he's fondly proud of.

Scallop is a play-hard, work-hard type of dragon, Taking the time to enjoy life to the fullest when he can but never at the cost of cooking, as he always remains serious and dedicated to his job.
This dedication is carried out further in his relations and partnerships. Scallop has and always will be in a passionate love with Canyon, even though they will never have children of their own, and Canyon occasionally sleeps around, they only share their softest of love with each other and maintain a healthy and open relationship.
