Biography
A local shop keeper that appears to sell stars. These stars are bright lights in a glass case. The stars are surprisingly small and 100% real. Rise comments that due to magic capabilities they can pack stars tiny. Rise has a partnership going with Keay to sell portable lights.
For a price you can buy Keay's wood staffs and lanterns and such featuring Rise's stars. The commission prices are expensive but worth it for a undying light.
Rise is a uncomfortable individual to be around. They come off rather fishy but trust me they are actually not.
They can change face to have a yellow skull,eyes and teeth. They can reach into own neck to grab a star of choosing. Sometimes they make stars appear on own self to choose stars faster. Dragons are afraid of them as its a worry to whether they can steal anything important star wise. They have a friendship going with Andromeda and respect for any space individuals. They also respect any space research. (They feed stars to Phane's portal so it has power actually and they help level power intake.
To everyones surprise Rise does this for free out of a love for the portal.
In return Rise can go anywhere.
I imagine Rise takes vacations to strange places.)

She is also in charge of architecture measurements to make sure the mines have structured pillars and such. Keays whole attitude is forcing others to get the job done. Shes the one to reign Ferrovax in and has zero patience for those not listening to her. Romance is something she doesn't get just make your move why you stuttering. Keay is the one who makes the staffs for her and Rises stand. Shes very talented but gets Ferrovax to make huge pillars due to limited tools (and size shes a fanger). This fanger will rip you to shreds if you get in the way of work or just make her mad. Her and Old Penny have gotten into physical fights in which dragons have to pull them off each other. He tries to steal things and in her mind shes gonna be the one to end him. Keay isn't one to make friends. She does have a loyalty to Rise after working with them for so long though. Keay will gladly fight for Rise and if you asked if they are friends Keay would comment "Yeah what about it?" and shrug off the answer casually. Keay carefully chooses her allies as those she sees as trustworthy. She takes forever to trust as she is studying you very cautiously and through. If you backstab her she will be as through in ending you. Her loyalty is described as fierce. She will rip anyone who hurts her allies. She carries her grudges to her grave and she will make sure you know of it. |
