Some sort of... strange... beastclan-like.... creature...
Always seen riding a dragon, unless he chooses to get off, which he rarely does but will do in case he needs to go pee or something.
His name is "Thomas", but the dragon he rides is Orvin.
Other dragons claim that Orvin is acting in a strange, unnatural way, but Thomas reassures them thats thats just how Fae act, dont be rude!Local Fae disagree.

In truth, Orvin is no longer a true dragon. He's being mind-controlled by Thomas's powers. Thomas is actually some of the shade, trying to resemble a creature from this world, but ended up on something uncanny. He uses his dark powers to control other dragons, hollowing out their souls from their bodies into his growing hive-mind. While he's taken up living in the Fester pack, he's rather charmed by the plague way of living, and has quietly agreed to himself that these dragons who are letting him grow his control are exempt from the suffering.
