═══════════════════════════════════════════ ARION ; advisor / progenitor of swíften peaks flight ═══════════════════════════════════════════ Even though Arion definitely shared the wanderlust that so many Wind Dragons had, it had always been Brynn who had actually set out on adventures, Arion right behind her. Ever since they were young, he had always admired her and the ideas she had, eager to follow her wherever she would go next. While she had been the dreamer of the two of them, imagining what kind of worlds lay behind the borders of their small village, he had been the realistic one, the one who knocked her out of the skies when she was getting close to once again soaring too high. And soon came the day when the borders of the territory couldn't stop Brynn anymore, when she wanted to see what was beyond them - and who was Arion to deny her that wish with the way her eyes sparkled whenever she talked of it. They were adults now, though young ones, but old enough to leave their old clan behind and discover the world on their own. Brynn decided on the way and Arion followed, making sure no harm would befall her as they made their journey across the Windswept Plateau. It was a good thing that he came with her, too, because Brynn had a knack for getting herself into trouble. Often too excited by the possibilities of adventure to consider the possible consequences. It was exactly in such a situation, when they were fighting their way through the thick of a forest, when Arion came to her aid and she finally realised that his feelings for her ran a lot deeper than just simple friendship, something he had been too afraid to tell her. As they reached their destination, their clan was already beginning to grow. Not only had they encountered other wandering dragons along the Plateau, whom they had welcomed eagerly into their small group, they also welcomed their first hatchlings. Brynn, who had until then despised the thought of settling down somewhere permanently, decided that the mountains would be the perfect place to make their home. They settled in a small grove, hidden within a mountain and watched as their new clan, which they had decided to call the Swíften Peaks Flight, began to grow. While Brynn took up the leadership, Arion stayed by her side, aiding her in any way he could and completely enamoured with the way his mate had managed to build this new life for them.
