Cambrie

Overview:
It is not an overstatement to call her beautiful and vigilant. Also strange...very strange. No one knows the reason she came to this den; she doesn't have a curse, but furthermore hates children. She always seems so secretive when asked to discuss her feelings on magic or even other guardians. She was put in charge of the Treasury, and her knowledge was put to good use. She is able to recognize many uses for an object right away that would seem worthless to almost any other dragon. Cambrie has a creepy habit of blinking forcibly when making eye contact. Strangely, she is most talkative with the other mirrors of the pack, who usually try to brush her off, and Lyric, often very interested in her plans and future whereabouts. Lyric says that Cambire's interest in her is "exhausting." There are rumors that Yui has become her official charge, but that has not yet been confirmed.

History:

Cambrie once lived with a large pack of mirrors, as a mirror herself, along the southern edges of the scarred wasteland. Several years into her life, Cambrie was a refugee of sorts, after an attack from a clan of Spirals. Den building, though not too difficult, had to be done after long journeys. Young and diligent, she strived to become a mage after her father, so she could help protect her clan. In an unfortunate incident where the clan was nearly attacked by an imperial, Cambrie used her fathers spell book to cast a curse on the dragon. Her clanmates were angered by her actions, due to the fact that the curse could easily cause harm to them as well. The clan fled to the edge of The Wyrmwound, where they were at last able to take up a semi-permanent home. Only then did her clanmates decide what to do about Cambie's actions. They decided that she was no longer allowed to use any magic other than her own breath. Ashamed, she left her clan to track down the imperial, and kill her. Cambrie traveled far, her only tracks were rumors of sightings. She decided to change her identity completely- she purchased a potion that would change her into a guardian dragon. From there, she would be able to take out the imperial before she knew that Cambrie was an attacker. Once she located her, Cambrie charged straight ahead towards the Viridian Labyrinth. Upon arrival to Lyric's den, Cambrie presented herself as a new member hoping to join. Lyric accepted, and was immediately fond of her. Cambrie was so unsure about her disguise that she was dazed. How oblivious was this dragon? Cambrie was able to gain Lyrics trust more and more over time, and at the same time Cambrie became more fond of Lyric. She tries to convince her self that Lyrics death is her ultimate goal, but now she is unsure, and feels as if she belongs in this clan.
