"Mother's Dearest"
(Super basic lore at this moment in time) Carogna is a founding member of clan Viruthuin she looks very similar to that of the Plague mother and serves almost as an icon for being made in the image of her amongst her clan members. Legend has it she came from the Wyrmwood itself and is a disciple of disease spreading infection across the land in the name of Mother Plaguebringer. Although that is just legend as nothing is truly known of her past as she speaks not of it. She is dedicated to her flight and to Mother above all others. She came to clan Viruthiun after coming to meet Fallwing in the Wandering Contagion at the edge of Plague and Wind Flight Territories. What she was doing so far from the Wyrmwood is up to the speculation of her peers. Some say she was spreading infection among the Wind territories of the Windswept Plateau. Lore update 7.9.2023 After one of Carogna's excursions to the outermost lands of the Plaguebringer's territory she returned with Carne, not much is known regarding this, Cargona is no stranger to motherhood despite not having a clutch of her own in many years however she immediately bonded with the little one, not a single clan member has asked her about the hatchlings origin as they know better to question her (she is slightly feral after all...) as far as they know it may or may not be one of her biological children and either way it does not matter, in this clan anyone can become family, blood is nothing but a thing to be spilled on the battlefield. |
