Eclipse

How funny that Terissa's first embracement of a child of the Light would be in one of the Ancients.

It was one of her alone moments; the fae made her way calmly yet delicately through the Tangled Wood, relaxed and with no destination in mind in particular. As she flittered from branch to branch, she came upon.. a child. An older hatchling, it seemed, with bright golden eyes, staring up into the mostly blocked-out sky. "This is not your place, Light one," she mused in classic monotone fae fashion.

The young banescale startled slightly, spines bristling, before invisible pupils found the source of the sound; "I seek... to initiate balance."

"Balance?"

"Yes; I want to bring my light into the shadows, and let the shadows touch my light.. if that makes sense? I-its a personal thing.."

Terissa's fins flickered into what would be interpreted as a slight smile, "Ah, yes. There is a dark side of the glorious moon, is there not?" What a charming little child! "I could show you the balance you seek.."
