Ah, yes. This is what she's supposed to do. This is what she's supposed to warn against.
How could she have known what to look for if she hadn't experienced it for herself?

Hours later, nursing her pitiful failure of the truest proportions-- she took that thought. Chewed on it for a bit. Let it rock around her head for a while.
