Biography
- General concept/idea as to how your clan operates:
Clan resides in the desert.
A big temple surrounded by pyramids and smaller nomad looking villages.
Gods and Deities live in the temple, while the other ones reside in the villages.
- Why is your clan here? Where did they come from?:
For as long as the desert existed.
They evolved from the dust and sand.
- Is there a structure or hierarchy? Or is it just chaos?:
The Gods and Deities rule the Empire.
Nobody is above them.
Anubis is at the top of the Hierarchy.
- Does your clan collect anything? Why?:
Horns, crowns, watches, preserved bones in vials, chains, grave dust and memorial urns.
⋅ Horns; They symbolise a dragons life and story, similar to how scars tell a story.
⋅ Crowns; The Gods and Deities collect crowns of those fallen before them.
⋅ Watches; Time is an illusion and time is a thief. ("Clan quote: Time has passed. And time is a thief.")
There is no time in the desert, yet everything comes to an end, but the desert remains eternal.
⋅ Preserved bones; Never forget who the real enemy is.
⋅ Chains; --
⋅ Grave dust; The graves of the Gods and Deities are always kept in a pristine condition. The dust is not to be swept away, but kept in an Urn.
⋅ Memorial urns; Read question about death.
- What are the morals in your clan?:
Be granted passage to the afterlife through the Weighing of the Heart Ritual and ascend to a heavenly existence.
(More about Weighing of the Heart Ritual below * )
- What drives your clan?:
--
- What happens to clan members when they are exalted and/or die?:
Gods and Deities are to be mummified and laid to rest in a pharaoh coffin deep inside the chambers and death-trap filled dungeons of the pyramids.
(only Gods and Deities can bypass these traps and find their way through the maze)
Other dragons are turned to ashes and kept in memorial urns.
Tombs are built during the lifetime of the God/Deity that it is meant for, to ensure the best possible send off.
The tombs are decorated with spells and ancient texts that originated from the Egyptian culture.
This meant to help the soul of the God/Deity, transition to the underworld and help guide the soul to the afterlife.
- Are there any jokes in your clan?:
Jokes are not tolerated in the Empire.
Especially not regarding death, mummification or anything that involves the Gods and Deities. (this can prove to be a fatal mistake)
- What is the atmosphere like?:
Very serious and tense. Dragons tend to have a bad temper and be quite snappy.
The Clan aesthetics is angry dragons everywhere, hence all the angry art and lore of individual dragons.

After weighing the heart, the good received their heart and other spells that ensured it would remain with the body. The heart remained in the body during its embalming and was thought to be a vital part of the souls well being.
