Name: Yuki

Personality: Friendly, kind, brave an a bit stubborn
History: Yuki was a natural born leader who was chosen to lead the kingdom which he lived in. He had no intention in doing so, so he left the kingdom and set out on his adventure with his squirrel buddy Nai.
Sitting on the outskirts of the fields one day, he caught sight of a small animal being chased by harvester dragons. They yelled at it, and told it to get away. The rodent seemed to be holding a mouth full of seeds and precious crop in its mouth. It ran at Yuki, and hid behind his wings, peeking out cheekily at the angry harvesters. As if there was an abyss between the two classes, the angry dragons stopped short, quickly became subdued in his presence and went back to work, muttering what Yuki could only imagine were malicious words.
Yuki befriended the Volt, and soon he began to feel a little more free. He even gave it a name, Nai, to show his affection. His family did not approve of the "dirty rat". The animal scampered as he liked, escaping the walls that bound the Wildclaw with apparent ease. During the day it would run rampant in the forests or fields, and at night, return with a full belly and cheerful squeaks. He felt almost jealous of the little creature, and dreamt of climbing trees, running through wilderness, just as the Volt was able.
He had no desire to be dominant over the dragons that seemed to dislike him and he had not use for cultivated land. His only lonely desire was to dance with the wind, and race through nature with speeding legs.
As his friendly animal companion prepared to launch into the day, it was surprised to find Yuki standing beside him, with wings spread, ready to fly. They jumped together, and Yuki never once looked back.
They journeyed through many regions, and Yuki finally found his place by means of instinct. Above him, Wind dragons spun and with giddiness, twisted with gusts of wind. An earthy looking Spiral, especially, caught his eye. Like the sparrows he had observed from his old home, this dragon was full of freedom and happiness. Nai seemed to agree. "

"The land of magic and elegance, the Starfall Isles was the birthplace of Yuki. He was born of high status, being a son of well-respected aristocrats who owned much land, and ruled over many other clans. As a young hatchling he was already bossing around his siblings, and his parents saw in him the ability to take over their titles. He was, via the line of succession, to take on the responsibility of his properties and lower classes, and yet such forebodings of grandeur did not appeal much to him. Watching dragons with stiff wings and sore backs toil in the fields to provide for his higher class family did little to soothe him into the position of royalty. As he grew older, the walls of his home seemed to grow with him, and he somehow felt he was just as trapped as the workers he observed every day. He watched birds, soaring like kites in the sky, twitching their wings and twirling as they danced upon clouds. They were brown flecks on the horizon, very small to him, and yet he felt as if they had more than he did. He himself had not flown for a very long time. In no circumstance was he permitted to be by himself. Well-meaning escorts chatted with him as they travelled, but despite his appreciation for their attempts to please him, he could only feel that they were obligated to be polite. He dreaded the thought that behind closed doors, the working class dragons despised him for the family he was born into. He didn't want to belong to any class really.
