Often found alone in either her greenhouse or one of her many flower beds, Bess has the greenest thumbs (or hooves?) of anyone around.
Bess has this strange knack of looking at a problem and instantly knowing whats wrong. However, unless its plant-based she has no idea how to fix it. But, if someone is having issues she will try her best to comfort them.
Bess, of course, takes pride in her gardens, watching each and every one of them grow from seeds. Her favourite of which is an old oak tree her ancestor planted and has been in the family for generations.
Bess has been known to visit the farm of Albert and Rosie; namely to take a look at their vegetable patch to see how its going.
She met the two of them at a state fair once, and after giving Albert some advice and striking up a conversation with an interupting Rosie, they became friends
