Voice Claim - Kimiko Glenn (Izzy Moonbow from My Little Pony: A New Generation)
Lyra is one of the children of Blackberry and Ambrosia, and in the eyes of the clan has mostly taken after the fun loving personality of her father. She's an excitable and happy dragon, being the first one to cheer up any downtrodden clanmates and attempt to break up any negativity. Her bond with her father is extremely strong, at least compared to her siblings. She's close to her sister as well, but her brother Vance is the one she has a fairly distant relationship with; not awful, just the two of them don't cross paths often with their duties in the clan.

Instead of keeping her antics and cheerful personality to her and her clan, Lyra has taken up the role of a ambassador, traveling where needed to interact with other clans and spread her positivity. She's not ditzy, she takes her job seriously with grace, and is involved with the occasional political matter. She often travels with Thowra when he journeys to speak more seriously with other clans, her presence easing the somewhat tense mood that occasionally accompanies him. But no matter the job, she always does it with an optimistic and happy disposition, and the Stronghold is all the better for it. 		Pretty Purple Wing Bow
