ABOUT
Zareen acts nothing less than the leader of Clan Cloud Brush, and his clanmates have nothing but praise for the young man. He conducts himself with a trained grace, hands oddly as ready to work with mending fences as they are with writing records. He is not one to simply delegate if he can help it--his workplace is a place for papers and manuals, springs and oil, even the odd handful of nails or brushes.

The young skydancer sitting in front of you is a prince in rags: sunkissed face too delicate for a common life, smooth elbows and knees, glass-blue eyes. His presence prickles with the flicker of static, not soft breeze. The heavy angular gold choker at his throat lay stark against shapeless robes and work leathers, a remnant of the desert he was born. His accent is dry and rustling, just a hint of sharpness in the consonants.

"There is no room for high titles here," he says with a rare proud smile. He turns his teacup with slightly calloused hands. "Cloud Brush has always been a refuge, a family first, no matter what flight you were born under. No matter what you once were, so long as we all work for the same peace."

HISTORY
"Mother and Father--the progenitors adopted me, I was a foundling. I still remember my birth clan, but I am happier here. They poured love and care into raising me and in caring for everyone in the clan. When Uncle Braille asked me to become leader...I didn't know if I could do it, but Father needed to heal. Mother and Uncle Braille helped out enormously, at the beginning. "
