This is an outfit for the college!au version of Disaster, who was the sort of guy to take his lute to LuminaxCon just in case any especially attractive dragons might want to hear him play one of the three songs he knows. This was not as much of a Disaster as the incense he insisted on burning everywhere he went, which, being smoke, did not really harm any dragons, but it did smell funny and was annoying.

The fact that he survived LuminaxCon gets retold at EVERY party.
