Reanna

Reanna came from outside--coveted, wanted after, desired. She did not simply arrive but was sought out and eagerly invited in.

No one knows why.

Her scales and mane flow like liquid. Ichor drips endlessly from her body, green and black, but there are no wounds on her. She is dry to the touch and never runs short. For a brief time, the Ethics and Rulings Council was concerned that she might be the source of the other strange dark ichor that has sometimes plagued Delphi's grounds. However, investigations have found that not to be so. Indeed, many wonder how it could ever have been suspected. Reanna is a gift to the clan, after all. She is a delight. There is no one who does not want her here.

Her voice is a soft whisper: rain in the leaves, the drip-drip-drip of water in deep places.

No one knows what it is that she says. Only that they want, more than anything, to listen.
