Scent Scholar

Nobody really bothers to enter Sorella’s lab, due to the onslaught of smells it houses, and she is perfectly fine with that. The quiet tundra prefers to work alone, not mingle with other dragons, and trusts her familiar to acquire new smells for her when necessary. There are endless scents and scent mixtures in existence, and Sorella yearns to study each and every one of them. Luckily, smells are the one thing tundras are excellent at recalling; thus, she can have a handful of smells on the brain while she studies them. If she needs to separate or isolate any smells, she has a mask that lets her concentrate on only the smells inside it.

Sorella likes to eat bland, scentless foods, so that her palate can stay clear for her research. Occasionally, she’ll hear a rap on her door, and answer it to nothing but a basket of freshly gathered smelly foodstuffs. Sorella has started calling this her “scent delivery”, and recognizes that another dragon in the clan has an appreciation for the science of scents. She can’t identify which dragon it is (since she never mingles with the rest of the clan), but has an inkling they may be a Ridgeback.
