A lifelong storyteller, Hegi's life has been spent travelling Sornieth, flitting from one clan to the next in search of new tales to tell and songs to sing.

"Mine is not a single story, but a culmination of all the stories I have taken up."

Hegi's chosen familiar is Mercury, a ghosthost viola. His spirit is that of an ancient human bard.

An old friend of Effluvium, Hegi first visited the Seckendorff clan when she joined as Historian. She became a regular visitor, at first out of concern for her friend's new situation, then out of fascination with the many and diverse stories of the clan's members. When she left her previous clan for good, bringing Perspex with her, she decided to take up residence with the Seckendorffs.

(An exceptional lady, given to me by Righat. Fun fact: Eleutherae was an ancient Greek city, whose alliance with Athens started the Dionysia.)
