Breezerunner

Breezerunner is an ex-princess and powerful Lightning mage. She was born to the king and queen of a kingdom that has died out in recent times, with her brother Stormcaster and sister Songweaver. Together, with their parents, they lived a luxurious and happy life in a palace away from the troubles of the world.
However, they couldn’t keep away from these troubles for long with just their wealth alone. Slowly, as Breezerunner grew up and learned how to cast spells and use her magic, her kingdom lost its allies, and food began to get scarce without imports from its former allies and the lack of fertile soil. As she got closer to adulthood, she began to go to sleep hungry. Despite her family’s vast wealth, it didn’t keep them from running out of food. It didn’t help them with attempting to fix a tarnished reputation and mending relations with the surrounding kingdoms.
Her kingdom began to fall apart, and in a desperate attempt to save herself from the famine, Breezerunner consumed a dragon egg. It’s raw magic flowed through her veins and body like blood, adding to her already powerful magic. So she decided to continue seeking out abandoned eggs and nests, consuming the eggs within. It saved her from hunger and made her an even stronger mage than she was before. But it horrified her parents.
She was banished for the consumption of those abandoned eggs, and was attacked, run out of her home like an animal, resulting in the scar maring her face under her armor. She became the sole continuer of that royal lineage. Her brother never had hatchlings, and her sister died hungry and afraid before she could have any of her own. Her parents never had any more hatchlings, and the kingdom collapsed.
Breezerunner decided that if she couldn’t call her old kingdom home anymore, she’d just make her own home and kingdom. She accepted anyone who wasn’t ‘normal’ or ‘wasn’t wanted’, within reason. She accepted any egg eaters who turned to egg eating out of desperation, like she did. She accepted those with no family or friends. She accepted those who were ‘broken’.
Windchime is her beloved husband and ‘king’, if you can really call him that. Despite his stoicism, Breezerunner could see the heart of gold he kept hidden under all his fur, and loves him no matter how cold he may appear.

Nowadays, Breezerunner ruled her kingdom with Windchime and their son, Blue. She rules with a kind and gentle claw, and invites anyone in need to come to her kingdom. In the eyes of the public, she is a stoic and militarist queen, with how she hides behind her chitin armor, but in the eyes of her kingdom and family, she is a kind and gentle ruler, who aims to make the future bright for every one of her subjects.
